Cage the Elephant est un groupe de rock américain originaire de Bowling Green, Kentucky où ils étaient d'abord connus sous le nom de "Perfect Confusion." Leur single "Ain't No Rest For the Wicked" a atteint la 32ème place du UK Singles Chart.Le groupe, composés de Matt Shultz, Brad Shultz, Jared Champion, Daniel Tichenor et de Lincoln Parish, a signé un contrat avec EMI Records après sa participation au festival texan South by Southwest.
