Kool & The Gang est un groupe funk formé à Jersey City (États-Unis) en 1964, déjà grand inspirateur des grands courants musicaux mondiaux qui allaient suivre tels le rap et surtout, le rythm and blues. L'histoire de Kool & The Gang commence en 1964 lorsque les frères Robert et Ronald Bell fondent avec quelques amis un groupe de jazz appellé The Jazziacs. The Jazziacs devient plus tard The Monikers, puis Soul Music Review, puis The New Dimensions puis Kool and the Flames et enfin Kool and the Gang en 1968. Read more on Last.fm
