The Blackout est un groupe post hardcore originaire de Merthyr Tydfil, Pays de Galles. Il est composé de 6 membres : Sean Smith - Chant Gavin Butler - Chant James Davies -Guitare Matthew Davies - Guitare Rhys Lewis - Guitare Basse Gareth Lawrence - Batterie Formé en 2003 , il a su combiner à la perfection le son des guitares, de la batterie, de parties chants screamo ou plus mélodiques.
